Step 1: Find the surgical capsule plane at the place proximal to verumontanum
Step 2: Enucleation of the middle lobe
Step 3: Preserve the physiological gradient of the bladder neck
Step 4: Enucleation of the left lobe
Step 5: Enucleation of the right lobe
Step 6: Cut the joint of the two lateral lobe at 12 o’clock
Step 7: Chip the enucleated adenoma
